When my mum lived in Newcastle she made this fruity nutty ice-cream with just a blender! It was and still is my favourite post dinner TREAT! It's SOOO easy to do with just 3 main ingredients!

Ingredients (serves one)
100g Frozen fruit of choice (berries, mango, or banana taste really good)
20 to 30g protein powder
Keep fruit frozen for 3-4 hours or overnight does best
Splash of liquid of choice (water, coconut water, milk)
NOTE: too much liquid will make it into a smoothie form.
In a blender add the fruit of choice, protein powder with splash of the liquid ( 10 to 20ml should be enough)
SLOWLY pour the liquid in and ONLY mix 10ml at a time. YOU MAY NOT NEED IT ALL so do this slowly so you don't end up with really watery consistency!
Add any extra toppings like nuts, gojis, chia seeds, crushed nuts, dark chocolate, peanut butter, choc chips - anything that you like to crunch on and VOILA
Please note that it's best eaten when you make it!
